Since 1919, Jaquith Industries has been meeting customers needs and applying our skills and expertise fulfilling specs that demand tight tolerances, precise configurations and rigid deadlines. Fast Turnaround

Jaquith's in-house tool and die shop designs and maintains its own tools, dies, jigs and fixtures. This allows us to produce and deliver quality parts or assemblies on time, and often ahead of schedule.


Materials

Routinely, Jaquith manufactures products from materials as diverse as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other alloys. Thickness range from 1/32" up to 4" by 160" in length.


Quality Control

In contract fabrication, quality control is critical. This is where Jaquith's skilled machinists and in-house tooling capabilities make the difference. At every step in the process - blanking, burning, bending, welding - customer's work is first-piece inspected, with regular periodic checks throughout the runs.


Special Projects

For example when NASA needed specialized lighting equipment for the shuttle program, Jaquith developed and produced hardware for all potential landing sites in less than 15 working days. From Saudi Arabia to Alaska, Jaquith has met customers' most exacting requirements.
